Clinical Supervision

Psychologist & Counsellor Supervision

Board Approved Supervisors play a vital role in the training and assessment of the psychological competencies required to become a registered psychologist.
Our Board Approved Supervisors ensure that the supervisee practises within accepted professional standards, providing evidence-based assessments and interventions. Further, our supervisors ensure that the supervisee does not practice beyond competence.
Although both these responsibilities also rest with the provisional psychologists as registered health practitioners, our supervisor’s knowledge and experience place them in the optimal position to assess both requirements.

Social Work Supervision

Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW) expects all practising social workers should engage in regular professional supervision. Supervisors are suitably qualified, with experience in social work and ideally trained in supervision models. The AASW recommends at least 1.5 hours of supervision per month, depending on practice context and experience level. We provide professional supervision to social workers across Australia, offering flexible online sessions with the option for in-person meetings depending on location. We also provide tailored student supervision through a focus on professional competencies, capabilities, standards and identity using a compassionate, evidence-based approach to empower students in their practice.
